DYNASTY DRAFT ROOM

The Big 10 is littered with NFL talent. With the likes of Penn State, Ohio State, and Michigan sending elite level players to the NFL on a consistent basis. We saw Ohio State with two of them in the top 3 of last year’s draft. One of which, Chase Young had one of the most dominant seasons in recent memory. It seemed like no matter what teams put in front of him at tackle, they were essentially a turnstile with how easy he got to the quarterback: besides one.

DYNASTY DRAFT ROOM

The ACC is filled with incredibly talented edge rushers. With the likes of Greg Rousseau, Carlos Basham, and Patrick Jones, to name a few from this past season, most tackles had their hands full. As I was breaking down the tackle group, I understood that it might be harder for them to succeed. These are players who are about to terrorize NFL caliber players next season. The one player who did stick out at the position was Christian Darrisaw from Virginia Tech. Darrisaw is head and shoulders ahead of everyone else at the position in the conference and might just have enough talent to hear his name called on day one.

DYNASTY DRAFT ROOM

Year in and year out, we see the SEC dominate the college football landscape. They have the biggest, strongest, and fastest players in college football. Teams like Alabama, LSU, and Georgia, have upwards of 10 draftees in any given year. The SEC owns college football, but they also own the draft. One position the conference has had a tremendous amount of success at is offensive tackle. We saw two of them in Andrew Thomas and Jedrick Wills Jr, go top 10 in this past draft. OT1 in the best conference is a big deal. This year’s OT1 and a player not getting enough attention is Myron Cunningham from Arkansas.
